Former Executive Indicted for Stealing from Non-Profit

Sharon L. Rice, 46, of LaGrange, Georgia, has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of mail and wire fraud for stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from a non-profit organization.

Texas Architect Charged with Producing and Possessing Child Pornography

John Robert Dossey, a Houston, Texas area architect, was indicted on charges of producing and possessing child pornography in connection with allegedly paying a 16-year-old female and another minor to engage in various sex acts with him and to allow him to take sexually explicit photographs of them.

City Official Sentenced in New Jersey on Public Corruption Charges

Anthony Saccomanno, the former director of the Cherry Hill Department of Code Enforcement and Inspections, was sentenced in Camden, New Jersey to 22 months in prison for accepting approximately $4,500 in bribes from representatives of a private inspection service company in exchange for his assistance in obtaining municipal contracts.

Pennsylvania Man Sentenced in New Jersey for Running Ponzi Schemes

Terence Mayfield, of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, was sentenced in Camden, New Jersey to 97 months in prison for his leadership role in operating two Ponzi schemes upon members of a Toms River church, which resulted in total losses of more than $1 million.

New Jersey Man Pleads Guilty to Drug and Firearms Charges

Jason Emanuel Smart-El, of Pleasantville, New Jersey, pled guilty to drug and gun charges today for distributing approximately 218.5 grams of crack cocaine and being a previously convicted felon in possession of handgun.
