Astacio, of Providence, Rhode Island, pled guilty to cocaine conspiracy charges in connection with setting up a deal with an undercover FBI agent and others to purchase a million dollars worth of cocaine. Nearly a half-million dollars had been delivered for the drugs when Astacio was arrested.
